150 g All purpose flour (sifted, Maida)75 g Currants (berries)100 g Softened butter125 g Icing sugar2 nos Eggs For preparing currant biscuits, preheat the oven at 200 degrees celsius.Mix sugar and butter until the sugar dissolves.Add in eggs and mix well.Then add in maida and mix till the mixture has an even consistency. Put it in a piping bag.Place a grease paper at the bottom of the baking tray.Press small drops out of the piping bag onto the grease paper.Top each drop with 4-5 currants.Put the baking tray in the oven and bake it for about 10 minutes.
