  • coconut grated 2 sp -
  • cashews and almonds 2 sp -
  • gingerr garlic paste 1/2 sp -
  • dosa batter 5 ladles -
  • onions 1 chopped -

Instructions
  1. in a mixer grind curry leaves, coconut, almond and cashews and ginger garlic paste.
  2. grind to a fine paste without adding water to it.
  3. now take the dosa batter and run it in mixer along with curry leaf.
  4. now the curry leaf batter is ready .
  5. spread it in dosa pan and spread onions on top of it.
  6. cook both sides and serve.
