Instructions

chop the aloo into small cubes
take curry leaves, onion, coconut, fennel seed, ginger, garlic.red chili, and green chili
make a paste by grinding it
heat the oil in the kadai and add aloo and mix it
add the curry leaves paste and mix well
add salt and turmeric powder and mix it
allow to cook until the aloo and curry leaves paste get cooked well
