Instructions
  1. clean and wash the chicken and dry the water and add ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix it
  2. marinate for half an hour
  3. in a pan fry the curry leaves with out oil
  4. in the same pan fry the cumin seeds, black pepper seed and coconut
  5. make a fine paste with fried curry leaves, cumin seeds, black pepper seeds and coconut
  6. in a pan heat the oil and add chopped onion and saute it till it get golden brown
  7. now add ginger garlic paste and mix till the raw smell goes out
  8. now add tomato and fry for 2 mins
  9. now add marinated chicken and mix it
  10. now add the curry leaves paste and mix well, if required add salt
  11. if needed add little water and allow to boil until the water get dried and chicken get boil in medium flame
  12. now curry leaves chicken masala is ready, serve with rice
