Instructions
  1. dry roast the red chili, cumin seed and pepper seed
  2. again dry roast the bengal gram and urad dal
  3. add asafoetida and turn off the flame
  4. dry roast the curry leaves for 3 minutes
  5. add salt. allow to cool and make as a powder by grinding it
  6. curry leaves powder is ready. serve with rice by adding oil or ghee
