Instructions
  1. grind together curry leaves, green chili, coconut and tamarind
  2. run this to a smooth paste.
  3. In a pan, heat butter add red chili, and grounded paste and stir well.
  4. When the grounded mixture cooked in the butter, add cooked and cooled rice.
  5. Mix well and garnish with roasted peanuts and serve.
