Custard Biscuit Pudding is an easy to prepare dinner time/party dessert dish with just a few simple ingredients like custard powder, plain biscuits, sugar, milk, and caramel syrup. To prepare the simple pudding dish, make the custard mixture, pour over the biscuit crumbs that are dipped in a milk coffee mixture and refrigerate for couple of hours and serve. There are hardly any ingredients required and it takes very little of your precious time to assemble and also you can refrigerate the pudding to get it cool and cozy. You will definitely adore the dish and you will find your kids really impressed. Kids are usually a hard to please lot and you will discover your kids welcoming Custard Biscuit Pudding with wide open arms and a chubby smile. When there are leftover biscuits, the pudding comes in handy. You can easily impress your guests with the dessert.

Pudding dishes are quite popular in Indian Cuisine. Generally chocolate and gelatin are the main ingredients in pudding dishes that shapes it and provides that creamy texture. But Custard Biscuit Pudding is unique and special where leftover biscuits are used and custard provides that creamy and smooth texture. Basically I do not prefer using eggs for puddings. And the good news is, Custard Biscuit Pudding is egg less yet the creamy texture is not lost. Now just a tip from my side, I prefer using marie biscuits for the dish. But if marie is not available you can move forward with any biscuit. And the last and foremost tip, do not forget to refrigerate the mixture at least for 30 minutes before serving. This is a nutritious dessert with the goodness of milk and other nutrients. You can explore a well detailed recipe here that can be easily prepared at home.
