chopped mushroom 1 cup
green chilli 1 no.
coriander leaves 3 stems
curd 1/2 tsp
ginger garlic paste 1/4 tsp
maida 1/2 tsp
corn flour 1/2 tsp
rice flour 1 tsp
red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
salt to taste
oil to fry

Instructions

chop the mushroom and wash with the hot water
in a mixie jar add green chilli and coriander leaves and make as a paste
in a bowl add mushroom, green chilli and coriander paste, curd, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, maida, corn flour, rice flour
mix well and marinate for 15 minutes
heat the oil in the pan and fry the marinated mushroom
