Ingredients
  

  • Puris : 50 no
  • Whole green moon : 1 cup
  • Ptatoes : 4 nos
  • Yoghurt/curd : 3 cups
  • Nylon sev : 200 gm
  • Red chilli powder : few
  • Jeera powder : few
  • Black salt : as reqd
  • Salt : as reqd
  • Freshly chopped coriander leaves : few

Instructions
 

  • Boil and mashthe potatoes and add salt and red chilli powder and mix well.
  • Soakwhole green moong overnight. Discard the water and boil the moong.(1 whistle ina pressure cooker)
  • Whiskthe curd and season with black salt, salt and sugar.
  • Cracka small hole in the centre of each puri and arrange 7 puris on a plate.
  • Nowfill the puris with a mixture of mashed boiled potatoes and boiled greenmoong.
  • Nowadd green chutney and tamarind chutney to each puri according to taste.
  • Pourthe seasoned curd / yoghurt on each puri.
  • Sprinklecumin powder and red chilli powder.
  • Garnishwith nylon sev and coriander leaves.
