  • Yoghurt/curd : 3 cups -
  • Nylon sev : 200 gm -
  • Red chilli powder : few -

  • Salt : as reqd -
  • Freshly chopped coriander leaves : few -

Instructions
  1. Boil and mashthe potatoes and add salt and red chilli powder and mix well.
  2. Soakwhole green moong overnight. Discard the water and boil the moong.(1 whistle ina pressure cooker)
  3. Whiskthe curd and season with black salt, salt and sugar.
  4. Cracka small hole in the centre of each puri and arrange 7 puris on a plate.
  5. Nowfill the puris with a mixture of mashed boiled potatoes and boiled greenmoong.
  6. Nowadd green chutney and tamarind chutney to each puri according to taste.
  7. Pourthe seasoned curd / yoghurt on each puri.
  8. Sprinklecumin powder and red chilli powder.
  9. Garnishwith nylon sev and coriander leaves.
