Dahi Chicken - North Indian Style Dahi chicken without masala 750 gm Chicken (cut into medium pieces)300 gm Curd1 tsp Garlic paste1 tsp Ginger paste5 - Green chillies100 gm Butter1/2 tsp Cumin seeds (Jeerakam)Onion(sliced thinly) Coriander leaves for garnishingSalt (As reqd) Wash the chicken pieces and add the curd to it.:- Do not beat the curd.Marinate it to about 45 mins.Heat butter in a pan or a kadai.Add cumin seeds and all the pastes in it.Add salt to taste.Add the marinated chicken.Cover and cook for 15 mins till the water disappears.Add onions and green chillies.Cover and cook for 5 mins.Transfer it to a serving bowl.Garnish with coriander leaves.
