  • soak the poha in water for 10 mins
  • heat the oil in the pan and temper the mustard, bengal gram , broken urad dal, curry leaves and green chiilies
  • add onion and saute it for 2 mins
  • now add curd and mix it in low flame
  • now add poha and milk and mix well
  • dahi poha is ready
