Instructions
  1. take all three ingredients in equal quantity
  2. mix dal water and carrot extract and bring to boil.
  3. now gently mix half cup water to ragi flour and be sure no lumps are formed
  4. when the water boils simmer the flame and add the ragi mix to it
  5. keep stirring slowly until it observes all the water
  6. now pat the kali with water so that it dose not gets dried up in the top layer
  7. now cover it with lid and pressurize it for 10 mins
  8. now our healthy kali scoops are ready to serve. you can have it with dal and salads...
