Dal Carrot Ragi Kali

Dal Carrot Ragi Kali is an interesting recipe with ragi, carrot and dal extract. It is the healthiest breakfast dish for everyone. It is a calcium, iron rich food.

Ingredients
  

  • ragi flour 1 glass
  • dal water 1 glass
  • carrot extract 1glass

Instructions
 

  • take all three ingredients in equal quantity
  • mix dal water and carrot extract and bring to boil.
  • now gently mix half cup water to ragi flour and be sure no lumps are formed
  • when the water boils simmer the flame and add the ragi mix to it
  • keep stirring slowly until it observes all the water
  • now pat the kali with water so that it dose not gets dried up in the top layer
  • now cover it with lid and pressurize it for 10 mins
  • now our healthy kali scoops are ready to serve. you can have it with dal and salads...

wet your ladle to take good scoops from your vessel
