Instructions
  1. boil and smash the dal, powder the jagerry, and cardamom
  2. in a bowl add smashed dal, jaggery and cardamom and mix well
  3. in another bowl add hot water, salt and rice flour and mix well
  4. now mix ghee and both dal and rice flour mix and mix well
  5. make like dough
  6. take a small ball from dough and make shape in hand as kozhukattai
  7. in a steamer keep the kozhukattai and steam for 15 mins
  8. now dal/ paruppu pidi kozhukattai
