Instructions
  1. Boil potato, carrot and peas.
  2. Cook rice separately and allow to cool.
  3. Cook Bengal gram and red gram with a pinch of turmeric powder and keep it aside.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Splutter musturd seeds and cumin seeds.
  6. Add curry leaves, green chillies, red chillies, onion and saute for sometime.
  7. Add tomato and allow to cook for a minute.
  8. Add boiled vegetables along with salt and turmeric powder and fry for a while.
  9. Mix this with cooked dals and rice.
  10. :- Serve with any raitha and chips.
