  • Sunflower oil - 1 tbsp
  • Ghee - 1 tsp
  • Italian diced tomato - 1/2 tin
  • Spinach(chopped-wash it and cook in microwave its need shrink for) - 1 Bunch
  • Spring onions(chopped) - 2 nos
  • Green chillies(chopped) - 5 nos
  • Curry leaves - 1 stem
  • Sakthi masala(briyani powder) - 1 tbsp
  • Water - 500 ml
  • Toor dal(needs to be marinated overnight) - 1 tumbler

Instructions
  1. Cook the Toor dal in a presure cooker.
  2. Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan high heat and add poppy seeds, curry leaves, green chilli and fry it till it gets cooked.
  3. Add chopped spring onions and cook well till it gets brown in colour.
  4. Add cooked toor dal with cooked water, italian Tomatos and spinach in the pan.
  5. Add biriyani powder and 1 glass of water and cook it.
  6. Finally garnish with Coriander leaves.
  7. :- Serve naan or kulcha or rice or Roti!!!
