Dal-Spinach Masala
Goes well with Rice and with all breads

Ingredients

oil

Ghee

Italian diced
tomato

Bunch
Spinach
chopped-wash it and cook in microwave its need shrink for

nos
Spring Onions
chopped
5
nos
Green chillies
chopped
1
stem
Curry leaves
1
tbsp
Sakthi masala
briyani powder
500
ml
Water
1
tumbler
Toor dal
needs to be marinated overnight
Instructions
Cook the Toor dal in a presure cooker.
Heat sunflower
oil
in a frying pan high heat and add
poppy seeds
,
curry leaves
, green chilli and fry it till it gets cooked.
Add chopped spring onions and cook well till it gets brown in colour.
Add cooked toor dal with cooked
water
, italian Tomatos and
spinach
in the pan.
Add biriyani powder and 1 glass of
water
and cook it.
Finally garnish with Coriander leaves.
:- Serve naan or kulcha or rice or Roti!!!
