Dal Tadka Easy
Moong Dal(Green gram) tadka - Ramya V
Ingredients
- 1 cup Green gram Cheruparippu
- 1 inch Ginger
- 2 - Garlic pods
- 2 nos Green chillies chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp Ghee
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
- 1 pinch Turmeric powder
- Salt As reqd
Instructions
- Pressure cook dal with salt to taste.
- Heat ghee in a pan.
- Splutter jeera.
- Add turmeric powder.
- Add the cooked dal and boil.
- :- Serve hot with chappathis.
