1/2 kg Dates1 cup Milk1 cup Semolina (Rava)1 1/2 cups Sugar100 g Cashew nuts (powdered)2 tbsp Ghee For preparing dates burfi, chop the dates into very small pieces.Boil milk and sugar in a vessel. Add in the chopped dates.Then add rava and stir continuously for sometime.Add in ghee and cashew powder. Stir again.Convert the mixture to a plate with ghee applied on it.
