Dates Cake

This is a delicious yet a simple to prepare cake. Dates has lots of nutritonal benefits, especially rich in iron content. This will be the best evening time tea snack for all of us.

  • Soak dates for 1 hour and remove seeds.
  • Grind the dates with one egg and sugar.
  • Mix the grinded mixture with 4 eggs and beat it
  • Stir in the flour with egg mixture thoroughly .don’t beat it.
  • Add 1tbs oil and mix it.
  • Convert it in to a non-stick vessel and cook it for 5-10 minutes in low flame.
  • Garnish it with raisins.
  • Serve it as an evening snack.
