Dates Cake
This is a delicious yet a simple to prepare cake.
Dates
has lots of nutritonal benefits, especially rich in iron content. This will be the best evening time tea snack for all of us.

Ingredients

Dates

cup
Wheat flour
Aatta
5
Egg
1
cup
Sugar
2
tbs
Raisins
Oil
as required
Instructions
Soak
dates
for 1 hour and remove seeds.
Grind the
dates
with one
egg
and
sugar
.
Mix the grinded mixture with 4 eggs and beat it
Stir in the flour with
egg
mixture thoroughly .don’t beat it.
Add 1tbs
oil
and mix it.
Convert it in to a non-stick vessel and cook it for 5-10 minutes in low flame.
Garnish it with
raisins
.
Serve it as an evening snack.
