Ground almonds combined with dates, other ingredients and rolled out into smooth balls. Kids favorite snack.

  • Mix together dates and almonds.
  • Add grated dry coconut, nutmeg , honey and very little salt to balance the taste of all ingredients.
  • Make small balls like laddus out of it.(If you find any difficulty in rolling add more honey or dates according to your taste) Keep aside.
  • Spread the sesame seeds in a flat surface and roll the dates coconut balls in it.
  • Freeze for few hours and serve.
