Deep Fried Fish In Soy Sauce Chinese style fish 600 gm Fish (Pomfret or garoupa is ideal, whole)1 tbsp Corn flourSalt (As reqd)Pepper (As reqd)4 tbsp Oil1" piece Ginger (julienned)1 sprig Spring onion (chopped)1 tbsp Light soy sauce1/2 tsp Dark soy sauce1 tsp Chinese Wine1 tsp Fish sauce Marinate fish with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the cornflour on the fish and keep for 5 mins.Heat oil in a pan.Fry the fish, till lightly brown on both sides. Drain and remove.Heat up the the remaining oil.Add ginger and fry.Add all the sauces and 3 tbsp of water.Allow it to boil.Pour the above over the fried fish. Garnish with spring onion. Chinese
