Delicious Almond Cake
Almonds are powdered and made into a tasty cake
Ingredients
Instructions
- )For preparing delicious almond cake, melt the butter and allow it to cool.
- Grease a small brioche tin and dust it with flour.
- Preheat the oven at 180 degrees celsius.
- Mix sugar, almond powder and corn flour well.
- Beat 2 eggs and 1 egg white well.
- Add lemon peel and melted butter. Beat it again.
- Put the mixture into the tin and brush with the remaining egg yolk.
- Bake it in the oven for 35 minutes.
- Leave it out on a rack to cool, turn it over and cut it.
- Delicious almond cake is ready. Serve with tea.
