Delicious Almond Cake

)For preparing delicious almond cake, melt the butter and allow it to cool.

Grease a small brioche tin and dust it with flour.

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees celsius.

Mix sugar, almond powder and corn flour well.

Beat 2 eggs and 1 egg white well.

Add lemon peel and melted butter. Beat it again.

Put the mixture into the tin and brush with the remaining egg yolk.

Bake it in the oven for 35 minutes.

Leave it out on a rack to cool, turn it over and cut it.

Delicious almond cake is ready. Serve with tea.
