Goat`s brain is cooked and mashed with other ingredients

Onions

Green chillies
finely chopped

Ginger

Garlic

Coriander leaves
finely chopped

Coconut
grated

Egg

Rice flour

tbsp
All purpose flour
Maida
1/2
tsp
Chilly powder
1/2
tsp
Turmeric powder
1
cup
Water
Oil
As reqd
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing delicious brain cutlets, cook the brain in chilly powder,
turmeric powder
,
salt
and
water
. Mash it.
Mix in onions,
green chillies
,
ginger
,
garlic
, coriander leaves,
coconut
,
egg
and
salt
with your hands.
Add in rice flour and maida. Mix it well.
Make small balls out of it using wet hands and roll it out.
Fry it in
oil
.
Delicious brain cutlets are ready. Serve hot.
