750 g Crab1 Onion2 Tomato3 Green chilly1 tsp Chilly powder1/2 tsp Turmeric powderSalt (to taste)2 tsp Coriander powderWater (as required)Grinded coconut (of ½ coconut)Curry leaves (as required)3 ShallotsMustard Roast turmeric powder, chilly powder and coriander powder together in a vessel. Mix the cleaned crab, onion, green chilly, tomato, salt, roasted masala and water in a clay pot. Let it boil till the crab gets well cooked. Mix in the grinded coconut and add salt if required. Add curry leaves and let it boil again. SautT shallots and mustard in coconut oil. Mix in with the curry. Serve it hot with rice, chappati, or pathiri. Kerala
