1 cup All purpose flour (Maida)1/2 cup Semolina (Rava)6 nos Green chillies (finely chopped)1 cup Onions (finely chopped)1 cup Curd2 nos Tomatoes (sliced round)5 tbsp Coriander leaves (finely chopped)Oil (As reqd)Salt (As reqd) For preparing delicious tomato uttapam, take a bowl, mix in maida, semolina, curd, a little water and salt.Add in green chillies, onions, coriander leaves. Mix it well.Heat a non stick tawa. Take a ladle full of the batter and spread it on the tawa.Add oil and fry both the sides.Last, press tomato slices on it.Delicious tomato uttapam is ready.
