Instructions
  1. Break a fresh coconut and remove the coconut kernel from it's shell.
  2. With the help of a peeler remove the outer skin.
  3. Cut the coconut into small pieces.Take a blender and dry grind the pieces to get the grating.
  4. Transfer the grating to a thick bottom utensil.fry on a low flame til the gratings become dry.
  5. Desiccated coconut is ready now.
