  • Take a bowl and add curd, kasuri methi,cumin powder,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt,coriander powder,garam masala and mix well.
  • Marinate the paneer in it.
  • Keep aside for 20 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan a shallow fry the marinated paneer and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and splutter cumin seeds and add onion,ginger garlic and green chilly,saute for few minutes.Then add 3/4 tsp red chilly powder,a pinch of kasuri methi,garam masala and turmeric powder and salt as required.Saute till raw smell goes off.
  • Then pour the tomato puree and capsicum.combine well,close and cook for 5 minutes in medium flame.
  • Then open and add fried paneer.
    Frozen Paneer Masala
  • Mix well and cook for another few minutes.add coriander leaves and remove it from the flame.
  • So the tasty dhaba style paneer masala is ready now.
