  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1 tsp
  • Salt(tatse) -
  • Tomato Ketchup - 1 tsp
  • Jeera - 1 tsp
  • Oil/Ghee - 2 tblsp

Instructions
  1. Soak channa over night and cook and keep aside
  2. In pan add oil/ghee temper jeera
  3. Now add grind onion, saute well add ginger garlic paste too
  4. Now add tomato puree and cook well
  5. Add all powder and mix well cook for 10 mins
  6. Now add little boiled channa in blender grind well and add in gravy
  7. Now add Boiled channa mix well and cook for 10 mins and turnoff
  8. Now its ready to serve Dhabha style Channa masala
