Instructions
  1. Remove the skin of dhudhi and seeds. Grate the remaining part of the dhudhi.
  2. Add salt to the grated dhudhi and remove the water from the dhudhi using your hands(take a little dhudhi in your hands and press firmly until the water is squeezed out).
  3. Make a paste of besan, chilli powder and a pinch of baking soda.
  4. Make balls of dhudhi and deep fry it.
  5. Remove from oil and make a few holes using a toothpick in the dhudhi balls after it has been cooled. Keep aside.
  6. Grind ginger, tomatoes, green chillies, garam masala and red chilli powder. Add a little water, if necessary. Keep aside.
  7. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan.
  8. Add jeera and turmeric powder to it.
  9. Add the onion to the pan and fry.
  10. Add the ground paste to the pan.
  11. Cook for 5 minutes and then add the dhudhi balls to the pan and cook again for 5 minutes.
  12. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
  13. :- Serve hot.
