1/2 cup Evaporated milk2 tbsp Butter1 1/2 tbsp Cocoa powder2 tbsp Liquid sugar substitute2 tsp Unsweetened chocolate1/2 tsp Vanilla extractCardamom powder (A pinch, Elakka)2 tbsp Cashew nuts2 nos Egg1 1/4 cup Cracker crumbsSalt (A pinch) Take a saucepan and combine cocoa powder, unsweetened chocolate with milk. Stir well so that no lumps are formed.Add butter and liquid sugar substitute to the milk mixture stirring continuously. Boil the milk mixture and add vanilla, cardamom powder, nuts, 1 cup of cracker crumbs, egg whites and salt.
