Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 kg Carrots
  • 1/4 kg Beans
  • 3 nos Garlic pods sliced
  • 4 nos Onion
  • 1/4 cup Xtra virgin olive oil
  • 1 no Tomato sliced
  • Coriander leaves A few
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Heat up a vessel.
  • Mix together all the ingredients.
  • Put the above mixture into the vessel and cook on a low flame.
  • :- There is no need to add water, since the veg aleady contain sufficient water in them.
  • Cook, till the vegetables become tender.
