Instructions
  1. Boil washed sprouts in 4 cups water.
  2. Drain and keep both aside separately.
  3. Mix the corn flour in 1/4 cup water. Keep aside.
  4. Heat oil in a heavy pan.
  5. Add onion and garlic and stir-fry for a minute.
  6. Add carrot, cabbage, sprouts, and potato and stir for 2 - 3 mins.
  7. Add the stock (water in which sprouts were boiled).
  8. Boil and simmer for 5 mins.
  9. Add salt, chili sauce, sugar and corn flour paste, stirring continuously.
  10. Boil for 3 mins.
  11. :- Serve steaming hot (doesnt taste good if cold), with wheat bread toasts or garlic rolls.
  12. :- To make sprouts, put the green gram in water overnight, drain in the morning n keep aside. It will sprout by evening.. :- It tastes good when itz real spicy.. u may also add pepper after serving to make it more spicy...and tomato sauce too... :- It must be taken hot.....good for those who r on a diet.
