Ingredients
  

  • Kovakkai 100gm
  • red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • maida 2 tsp
  • corn flour 3 tsp
  • rice flour 3 tsp

Instructions
 

  • chop the kovakkai
  • in a bowl add a kovakkai, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, maida, rice flour, and corn flour and mix well
  • marinate for 10 mins
  • heat the oil and fry the kovakkai until it get crispy
  • kovakkai / Dondakaya pakoda is ready to serve
