Instructions
  1. chop the kovakkai
  2. in a bowl add a kovakkai, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, maida, rice flour, and corn flour and mix well
  3. marinate for 10 mins
  4. heat the oil and fry the kovakkai until it get crispy
  5. kovakkai / Dondakaya pakoda is ready to serve
