Instructions
  1. Heat up the skillet.
  2. Add the black gram, dal and red chillies.
  3. Fry it on a medium flame until it turns golden brown.
  4. Add chilly powder, coriander powder and salt and stir continuosly.
  5. Add the curry leaves and stir for 1 min.
  6. Allow the fried mixture to cool.
  7. Grind it into a powder in a food processor or mixie.
  8. Add oil to the req amount of powder.
  9. :- Serve with Dosas and Idlis.
