Double Nankhatai

Nan khatai is an egg-less light and crispy biscuit that's perfect to serve with tea or coffee. Nan khatai are very tasty and are rich in aroma and flavor. Here we have prepared with the combination of ragi which is rich in calcium, iron and other nutritional values.

Instructions
  1. In bowl add 1/2 ghee and 1/2 sugar mix well and add salt and baking powder to 1/2 portion mix well and add ragi mix well
  2. Now make soft dough and keep aside
  3. Now add Other ingredients in bowl and add maida and mix well
  4. Now make soft maida dough and keep aside
  5. Now take small portion in each make ball flat little
  6. Now Arrange all in baking tray and bake in pre heated oven for 15 mins in 150 degree and allow to cool
  7. Now its ready to serve Double Nankhatai
