Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Allpurpose flour Maida
  • 3/4 cup Powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp Melted Ghee
  • 1 tsp Cooking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 no Egg
  • Milk As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Sieve the maida and soda together.
  • Break the egg into a bowl.
  • Mix together all the ingredients into a firm dough, using a little milk.
  • Make 4 balls off the dough.
  • Roll out each one into a chappathi of half an inch thickness.
  • Cut out with 2 round cutters(1 big and 1 small) so that a small bangle sized ring is formed.
  • Make rings similarly, using the remaining dough.
  • Deep fry them in oil or vanaspati, over a medium flame, till the doughnuts are cooked, crisp and golden.
  • Drain and allow it to cool.
  • :- Store them in an airtight container.
