Dragon Chicken (Step By Step Photos)

Dragon Chicken is a mouthwatering Indo Chinese dish. Chicken is coated with all purpose flour and corn flour and deep fried. Then it was mixed well without other spices and masala. Kids will definitely enjoy this dish. Dragon Chicken goes very well with fried rice.

  • All(purpose flour – 6 tsp) -
  • Corn flour - 3 tsp
  • Egg - 1
  • Pepper - ½ tsp
  • Salt(as needed) -
  • Chicken - 300 g
  • Oil as needed -

  • garlic - 5 pods
  • Onion - 1
  • Chilli sauce - 1 tsp
  • Tomato sauce - 1 tsp
  • Soya Sauce - ½ tsp

Instructions
  1. Mix all-purpose flour, corn flour, pepper, salt and egg. Into this mix the chicken and let it blend for about half an hour.
  2. Fry the chicken in the oil
  3. In a vessel add little oil and heat it. Then add the Chopped garlic and ginger and fry till the color changes.
  4. Add the chopped onion and fry
  5. Add the chilly and tomato sauce and sauté for a minute( since I have added the home made sauce I have fried it for about 5 minutes)
  6. Add the chicken and blend the mixture and let it cook for about 3 to 5 minutes
  7. Add the fried nuts
  8. Serve the Dragon Chicken as as starter or evening bite. Dragon Chicken can also go very well with fried rice.

Recipe Notes

While soaking the chicken in the mix, color powder can be added to give better color.
