Dragon Mushroom is Tasty Indo-Chinese mushroom variety and is one of the easiest preparation among them. Fried cashew nuts along with the gravy gives a delicious taste. It served as a starter and also a side dish.

  • mushroom 1 cup -
  • Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Salt(to taste) -
  • Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
  • Egg white - 1
  • Kashmiri Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour - 1 tbsp
  • All purpose flour(maida) - 2 tbsp

  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Onion - 1 big
  • ginger chopped - 1 tbsp

Instructions
  1. Marinate the mushroom with ingredients under marinating for 30 minutes.
  2. In a pan heat the oil and fry it until golden in color. don't do over fry; until Mushroom changes its color
  3. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan; add cashew nuts, chopped ginger and garlic.
  4. When it changes the color add onion chopped and sauté for a minute.
  5. Add chilly powder and salt; sauté for a minute.
  6. Add soya sauce, tomato ketchup, and mix it
  7. add fried Mushroom and mix well. and allow to cook for 5 mins
  8. garnish with capsicum, now Dragon mushroom is ready to serve
