  • Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Onion(finely chopped) - 1/2 cup
  • Potato(cooked and mashed) - 1 cup
  • Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 3 springs
  • garlic(finely chopped) - 2 cloves
  • Ginger(finely chopped) - 1 inch
  • Green chillies(finely chopped) - 3 nos
  • Bread crumbs(As reqd) -
  • Egg(beaten) -
  • Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing drumstick flower cutlet, fry onions and green chillies in oil.
  2. Add in ginger, garlic and drumstick flowers. Fry well. 3)Then add coriander leaves, garam masala, pepper powder and salt. Fry well and remove it from the flame.
  3. Mix this above mixture to the mashed potatoes.
  4. Make cutlet`s out of the mixture. Then dip it in egg and then in bread crumbs.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the cutlet`s.
  6. Drumstick flower cutlet`s are ready. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
