Ingredients

8 nos Drumstick Muringaka
2 tbsp Green chilly sauce
3 tbsp Garlic paste
150 g All purpose flour Maida
2 nos Egg
1/2 tsp Nutmeg powder
1/4 cup Roatsed ground nut powder
Salt As reqd

Instructions

For preparing drumstick garlic fry, clean drumstick, cut into 2 inch pieces and make slits on it.
Mix flour, garlic paste, ground nut powder, green chilly sauce, egg, nutmeg powder and required salt.
Add little water and make a smooth batter.
Dip the drumstick in it and keep in fridge for 10 minutes.
Deep fry it in oil. Drumstick garlic fry is ready.
