Instructions
  1. For preparing Drumstick Leaves Chutney, first saute mustard seeds, channa dal, urad dal along with red chillies.
  2. Add garlic and ginger.
  3. Now add onion to it and saute until it turns transparent.
  4. Next add the leaves and minimize the flame till it gets cooked. You will see the leaves spattering when it is done.
  5. Add tomatoes and cook till it gets soft.
  6. Add tamarind juice.
  7. Add grated coconut and salt. Turn off immediately.
  8. Allow it to cool and run it in a mixie to get the chutney done. Season it if desired.
