For preparing dry anchovy curry, clean the anchovies thoroughly.
Put a deep bottomed pan on the stove, add oil and heat.
3)Add the onion pieces, green chillies, tomato pieces and ginger-garlic paste and fry until they turn brown.
Add the anchovies and fry well, mixing constantly and carefully. Add some water and allow to simmer.
Add salt, stir well and cook until the preparation is done.
Add finely chopped coriander leaves and serve with rice.
