I have used Broccoli as the main ingredient as this is often called as a Miracle Food as it helps in lowering cancer and aids in anti ageing, which I am sure all the gals would love.I have also tried giving it a twist to the regular usage of cauliflower by using an exotic vegetableThis goes best with steam rice with dal or hot hot phulkas
Assesmble all the ingredients needed for the above at one place as trust me this saves atleast 5 mins of your cooking time
Heat oil and allow jeera to crackle. Add the cut onions and crushed garlic pods to it
Once onion turns golden, add broccoli, peas and potato. Give it a stir
Then add coriander, turmeric and chilly powder and give it a stir.
Put the stove on simmer and keep stirring in between so as to avoid the vegetable getting burnt.
Once the vegetables starts becoming soft, add salt and close it with a lid.
Once done, add the juice of half a lime and serve hot with hot hot phulkas
