Instructions
  1. Make jaggery dissolves in boiling water and strain keep aside
  2. In pan add boiling water, Add jiggery water dry coconut and cardamom
  3. Now add raggi flour mix well and turn off
  4. Allow to cool for 10 mins
  5. Make small size laddu and keep aside
  6. Steam raggi laddu in steamer
  7. Now remove from steam and roll in dry coconut
  8. Now its ready to serve Dry Coconut Raggi Laddu
