This is one of my favorite desserts, I love making for my kids and family. It looks pretty and awesome. Dry Fruit and Nut Pudding is a special dessert you can prepare for joyous occasions or celebrations. This is an easy to prepare dessert with very limited ingredients. Combination of six dry fruits and nuts makes the pudding exotic. You can add additional dry fruits as per your taste if you wish so. But I am content with this rich selection and the aromas and the taste blends well with the pudding dish. Dry Fruit and Nut Pudding is the ideal dish for your little ones and for aged parents who are weak and convalescing.

Dry Fruit and Nut Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Raisins
  • 1/4 cup Almonds
  • 1/4 cup Cashew nuts
  • 1/4 cup pistachio
  • 3 nos. figs
  • 1/2 cup Dates
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Condensed milk
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 6 g China grass

Instructions
 

  • Take all the ingredients and keep it ready.
  • Grind the dry fruits and nuts by adding milk into a coarse paste.
  • Boil milk by adding sugar and condensed milk. Same time, melt the china grass in 1/4 cup water. Then pour the melted china grass and ground nut mixture into the boiling milk. Mix well and turn off the flame.
  • Pour it into a pudding bowl and garnish it with any fruits or nuts and refrigerate it for 4 hours. Serve.
