Dry Fruits Cookies
Do you need a crispy outside and buttery soft texture inside cookies, then this would be your choice. This is a healthy cookies which have cashew, bada, pista in it. This would be the best snack for kids. They would love it.

Powdered
Sugar

Maida
10
gms
Baking Powder
50
ml
Milk
1
cup
Mixture of dry Fruits
Cashews, badam, pista
2
tsp
Cardamom
Powder
Instructions
In a bowl add butter, powdered
sugar
and mix till it blends.
Then add
milk
,
cardamom
Powder and mix well
Add maida,
baking powder
one by one and mix it well.
Coarsely grind the dry Fruits and add 3/4 th of the them to the maida mixture.
Mix it well and make it as a dough
In a baking tray, apply the butter and dust with maida. Place the small balls of mixture in the plate as shown in the picture
On top sprinkle the remaining nuts mixture and place a cashew for decoration
Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 220 degrees. Then place the cookies tray and make it at 220 degree Celcius for 12 minutes.
