Dry Fry Chicken Chettinad
Nice dry fry chicken
Ingredients
- 2 nos Chicken breast make slits
- 1 tbsp Coriander seeds
- 8 nos Dry chillies
- 1 piece Ginger
- Pepper corns Few
- 1 tsp Fennel seeds Perumjeerakam
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
- 1 tsp Whole garam masala
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- Coconut oil As reqd
- Salt As reqd
Instructions
- For preparing dry fry chicken chettinad, dry roast coriander seeds first.
- Fry till color changes. Add ginger also.
- When cooled, grind them well.
- Rub it in chicken breast. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Fry it in oil.
- Dry fry chicken chettinad is ready.
