Chilly powder

Turmeric powder

Cinnamon powder
Karugapatta

Garam masala
Oil
As reqd
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing easy aloo fry, first immerse sliced potatoes in hot boiling
water
for a few minutes. Drain the
potato
pieces and keep aside.
Make a batter with rice flour, chilly powder,
turmeric powder
, cinnamon powder,
garam masala
and
salt
by adding some
water
.
Stir in the
potato
pieces and mix well in the batter.
Heat
oil
in a pan and deep fry the coated
potato
pieces to a golden brown color.
Easy aloo fry, a tasty evening time snack and a favorite with kids, is ready.
