1 cup Wheat flour3 nos Potato1 piece Ginger (chopped)3 nos Green chillies (chopped)Coriander leaves (chopped)2 tsp Pomegranate powder (Anardhana powder)Ghee (Little)Cumin seeds (A pinch, Jeerakam)2 tbsp OilSalt (As reqd) For preparing easy aloo paratha, knead wheat flour, water & salt.Make a dough like chappathi. Make balls out of it.Cook the potato in cooker & mash it.Add ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves, anardhana powder & salt.Saute jeera in oil. Add potato mixture to it. Mix well.Roll thick chappathi from the dough and apply some ghee on top it.Add 2 tbsp of potato mixture on top of the paratha and roll again.Place another chappathi on top of this filling and press the sides.Cook it in frying pan with ghee.Easy aloo paratha is ready.
