2 nos Apple (grated)1/4 cup Condensed milk2 tbsp Sugar1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder (Karugapatta)Cloves powder (A pinch, Grambu)1/4 tsp Cardamom powder2 tbsp Raisins (Unakka munthiri) For preparing easy apple halwa, first fry raisins in ghee and keep raisins aside.Add cinnamon powder, clove powder, cardamom powder and grated apple. Stir in low flame.Stir in sugar and condensed milk. Mix well to combine and keep stirring in low flame till thick.Grease a plate with ghee and pour the apple halwa contents. Press firmly on top.
