Instructions
  1. Cut beetroot into fine cubes.
  2. Add chopped garlic and green chillies.
  3. Add vinegar and salt.
  4. Store in a jar.
  5. :- Serve with Chappathi or poori after one day
  6. :- This pickle can be made with carrots also.
